"Remembering"These quilts are about my Grandfather, about remembrance and simplicity.
They were and are about “Joe” and his War Years, a man that sadly I never met, but fortunately he returned home with his memorabilia – a diary. A rare account of his time spent away from Australia while defending his country. The original diary is now over 100 year’s old and very fragile. I hope you enjoy my simple tribute’s to My Grandfather – Joe. Robyn Christoffel (This quilt was exhibited in “Celebrating 25 Years – Boonah Regional Art Gallery) |
